Painting Because I Feel the Need Even Without the Inspiration

I felt the need to paint the other day but couldn't seem to draw inspiration.  I still gave it a go because just the act of put color to paper sometimes makes me calmer than usual and I really don't expect results that are great.  Sometimes good things happen but not really this time.
